You might also wish to give clients a discount on shipping costs when a purchase reaches a certain monetary threshold. On this blog, I hope you will discover the most common shipping options established companies offer their customers.

Prepare A Gift For Your Niece In Packaging That Is Wrapped In Homemade Paper

If your niece collects teddy bears and you are purchasing her a new addition for her birthday, pack the gift in packaging that is wrapped in homemade paper by completing the project that follows. Afterward, secure a personalized gift to the outside of the wrapped carton to provide the package with a unique appearance.

Materials

  • corrugated carton
  • foam packing materials
  • bubble wrap
  • packing tape
  • scissors
  • white packing paper
  • measuring tape
  • stencils
  • two-sided tape
  • acrylic or craft paint
  • thin paintbrushes
  • acrylic sealer
  • card stock
  • colored pencils
  • foam sheets
  • plastic sleeve

Place The Wrapped Gift Inside Of A Carton

Place the teddy bear on top of a piece of bubble wrap. Wrap the bubble wrap around the gift several times. Use scissors to trim the edges of the bubble wrap. Afterward, secure the bubblewrap's seam with a few strips of packing tape. Place a layer of foam pieces in the bottom of the carton. Lay the gift on top of the foam. Pour foam pieces into the carton to fill empty space. Close the carton's lid and tape it shut.

Wrap The Carton In Homemade Paper

Place the carton in the center of a large piece of white packing paper. Wrap the paper around the carton in the same manner that you would with a standard gift that is being wrapped with decorative paper. Use clear tape to secure the edges of the paper. Use two-sided tape to secure stencils to the the sides of the box.

Use a thin paintbrush to fill the stencils with acrylic or craft paint. Choose a variety of colors to provide the gift with a bold appearance. After the paint dries, add a coat of clear acrylic sealer over the painted surfaces. The sealer will protect the fresh paint and will provide the homemade paper with a shiny surface.

Add A Homemade Card

Fold a piece of card stock in half. Use markers, paint, colored pencils, or any other art materials that you prefer to draw a picture on the front and inside of the card. Use scissors to cut foam shapes of bears and glue the shapes to the inside of the card. Add a unique poem or statement inside of the card that expresses your love for your niece. After completing the card, slip it inside of a clear plastic sleeve. Use strips of tape to secure the plastic sleeve to one side of the box.
